ETIQL offers free shipping and free returns within the EU. Outside the EU, the costs can vary, shipments in the UK are checked by us individually. Our goal is that we generally offer the service free of charge, but we also consider the financial costs and the impact on the resources required to process the returns in particular. The aim is for us to work together to minimize the resources used for returns to have the least impacts on our earth.
